About
Alexandra is a passionate performer and educator who has collaborated with orchestras and educational and arts institutions across Europe, including Opera de Lausanne, Sinfonietta de Lausanne, Montreux Jazz Festival, Gstaad Menuhin Festival Orchestra in Switzerland, Transylvania Philharmonic in Romania, Mahler Players, Nairn Books and Arts Festival, Chamber Music Scotland.
Her teaching experience includes roles at Sistema Scotland, Robert Gordon's College in Aberdeen, and the University of Aberdeen. In 2023, she founded Nairn Violin Studio, with the aim of creating a supportive and inspiring learning environment for young violinists.

Alexandra studied with teachers including Lihay Bendayan and Virginie Robillard, and participated in masterclasses with internationally recognised violinists such as Mihaela Martin, Rony Rogoff, Bartlomiej Niziol.
Her research explored folk influences in the music of George Enescu, for which she received a special prize upon graduation.
